OpenVPN-GUI for Mac OS X is a simple client-frontend written in Cocoa for the great VPN software OpenVPN.
It places a controller item in the menu bar which lets you conveniently start and stop your OpenVPN connection
It uses Apple's keychain for caching the certificate passphrase.
OpenVPN-GUI is currently in beta stage, it still needs a lot of testing.
What's New in This Release:
, Enable use for more than one VPN Connection simultaneously
, Currently, the GUI does not notice when the connection gets lost. In this case you need to manually disconnect and reconnect. This needs to be improved in a future release.
, More configurability
, Refacture the code to take advantage of openvpn's new management interface
, Compatibility: Allow the use of keys without passphrase. Also include non-TLS setups.
