Sophie is a reading tool. It is, arguably, the world’s best e-book reader. Unlike the simple find function available in the Adobe™ and Microsoft™ readers, our search feature locates every occurrence of the word or words you search for and then lists them in context and by chapter.
Adobe and Microsoft give you a little virtual post-it note pad to write notes in. However, you can’t do with them what you do when you place such notes in paper based books.You put the notes on so that they bookmark their location by sticking out beyond the edge of the page.

Unlike other e-book readers that work only on one or maybe two types of computers, Sophie works on 68K Macs, Power Macs, native in OS X ,and on Windows.
Our e-book reader understands standard html as well as plain text. It can read the hundreds of classic works available from the Gutenberg project and the Christian Classics Ethereal Library.*
What's New in This Release:
· Although the e-book reader engine is the same as the one that comes with the latest edition of the "If Monks Had Macs" CD-ROM this version fixes a bug in the e-books themselves.
