Address Book Reports comes in handy when the digital world doesn't meet all your life's needs. There are many times when printing information contained in your Address Book is more efficient and practical.
Address Book Reports starts where Apple's Address Book left off when it comes to printing your contact information. Address Book Reports includes Card Style and Phonebook reports.
Either is suitable for inserting into a Day Planner. Address Book Reports also can address envelopes and include a return address. Both US and International paper/envelope sizes are supported. Address Book Reports is a member of the DigiLife Reports application suite.
Here are some key features of "Address Book Reports":
· Card Style
· Allows the printing of every field stored in each contact.
· Phonebook
· Allows the printing of your contacts similar to a telephone book. A big improvement over the output provided by Address Book.
· Envelopes
· Allows the addessing of envelopes, including a return address. Supports both US and International envelope sizes. Can include a POSTNET bar code (Only US addresses with ZIP codes) above or below the addressee.
· Labels
· Allows the printing of address and shipping labels to either Dymo or Avery labels. Can include a POSTNET bar code (Only US addresses with ZIP codes) above or below the addressee.
What's New in This Release:
· Fix contact name for Company cards to include fields Prefix, Middle, and Suffix.
· Fix placement of contact name for Company cards when "Place person's name before company" is checked.
· Fix contact name display on Envelopes to be first-last instead of last-first.
· Other minor fixes
