The FinchTV utility for viewing chromatogram files is a stand-alone application researchers use to easily view and edit their sequencing data with dynamic interactivity.

The utility supports both .ab1 and .scf chromat file formats and operates on Mac OS X, Windows, Linux, and Solaris operating systems, making it the most flexible trace viewer available today.

Unique to FinchTV is its ability to display the entire trace in a multi-pane view with or without the base sequence (A, C, T or G), the associated quality values and the sequence positions.
