· upgraded to NetLoadModule v2.4.3
· changed module download URL for shellfront.org
· added new module download site: loose-screws.com, courtesy of Kevin Brew
· updated austerity to v1.0.4 (NT4 errors eliminated thanks to RabidCow, other tweaks and fixes)
· lifted restriction on installing to a path with spaces
· copy of default theme stored in a location that should be readable by all users when personal files and themes are stored as part of the Windows user profile
· added a minimal 'credits.txt' file to the setup folder
